This is Andrea Parker as miss Parker from the TV-series "The Pretender", one of my favourite shows. I've searched MTS2 and other sítes for a good miss Parker for my game, but found none (!). So I went and did my own version of her :-)

If your download shows with the default Maxis light skin tone I recommend you download the awesome default replacement skin and eyes put together by GunMod. Ultimate defaults1.0 by Gunmod, can be found in this thread
