Ok just let me explain it a bit.
I guess the part of pressing the generate button is clear
Once you have done that data will appear.

Lets take the data in the screenshot for example

You go to creating a sim (body shop or ingame)
You select a top
And choose the 7th top you downloaded yourself
And for the bottom part you choose the First modified content
Then you will choose the 10th of the formal non modified content
etc. etc.

If this doesn't answer your question please make a new post and be more specific.

I've just looked at. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but this is what I understand. It is an external program that does not interact with the Sims2 at all. It basically calls up random information. With that random information, you go into the system, and create your own sim, using the numbers that show up. It does not create random townies. It simply provides us with a way to randomly choose characteristics of our CAS created sims.

Am I on the right track?

For ex. With the first one, I use the Sim Preference form, and it says that Wish = Money, then I make the aspiration of my sim money. If it says Seductive = 1, I choose the 1st box as a turn-on for my sim. If it says Seductive = 8, then I choose the 8th box as a turn-on for my sim. And if it says Put off by = 10, then I choose the 10th box as a turn-off for my sim.

Correct,

You'll have to fill in the information in the sims 2 yourself.

ok, im confused, what the hell does it do?
Sorry for being stupid here but does it mean that when you pick one top for example, it'll pick one type of trousers and formal waer etc etc? if so, then god thats a whole lot of time just to save you doing it yourself?!?!

You have to switch from your body shop or sims 2 to the program then generate information and fill in the information in your body shop program or the sims 2.
It is a simple generator that generates information so you wont have to make decisions yourself.
Take me for example I never know which to choose from the different kinds of options which are available. Usually i just pick the first one. But now I let the computer decide.
This program is a decision maker nothing more.

It is true that it takes more time then filling in everything without switching programs.
But this program is made for those who can't or don't want to decide themselfs.

It is the same as clicking on the dice in the sims 2. However this never choses any modified content. That is why i made this program to increase the number of options generated.
Ofcourse i can't know what everybody has for modified content that is why there are numbers. You have to give a number to your modified content.
Thats why it is the easiest way to use this program is to count.
10 means the 10th picture in the sims 2.

Wouldn't it be the same to roll dice? Or generate random numbers with calculator? You could do that while in character generator.
