Well, half of the stuff, (The entire outfit) is missing, plus the face paint doesn't match up with the ears and neither match up with the cape.
Though, from the screenshots, that seems to be related to my game alone.

I got all the meshes, looked in every possible place for those clothes, but...
Any ideas?

Well there should be two colors of ears, face and cape, the ones that I made and the ones generalzoi made with the meshes. As for the body missing I don't know what could be wrong as long as you have every mesh in dowloads folder and instaled the sims2 pack that came in the same download as the body mesh it should work.
If it was me I would try uninstaling everything and try it again. Hope you get it working. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

mr. frost, maybe u could use the sims2pack clean installer. it might help.
