the only way I found to fix it was to delete everything, uninstall my game and reinstall it. Now I have to redownload everything I wanted in my game.

Where do you put the cenima after download???If you put the cenima in your download :wave: file just delete it (firstly remove the cenima from your neighbourhood :nod:
If this info doesn't work just uninstall it (before that say goodbye to your old neighbourhood) :bigwave:

It's cool, but I have only the base game and it crashes when I try to put it in my neighborhood

Default Won't work!
It looks very nice! I downloaded it and installed it and everything. I found the lot in the game's lot bin and when i enter it, there is no Big Screen! Just a hanging TV that is 2 squares long!

I'm trying to get this "lot" out of my game but can't find it. I know that if I even click on the lot in the game it immediately screws up my system. I had to uninstall and re-install my game twice because of this lot. If you need a certain EP, you should say so on your post and not list it as base-game only. MANY people do that on here. Be very careful what you download.
