where do you get community? do you get it form The Sims 2 or UNV

Any store or park or place where sims don't live is a community lot. There were community lots with the original Sims2, no EPs.
Hint: Sims who live in the neighborhood can't buy groceries downtown. They can get them delivered, but they have to pay a delivery charge.

Outstanding archietechture, sleekness, euro design and functionality. This is a must for my Sims and it will give them some European appeal. I give it 5 out of 5 great work aslong ass your others congrats on your next design.
