PS- It says the set requires nightlife - I have university and I don't see any objects that look new to me. Does it really require nightlife?

I really love it all, and would love to have the carpeting too. Maybe it's just me, but I'm having a hard time finding it on the Sims Resource. A link to the carpeting would be really helpful.
