wow...its perfect for my family! i only have uni though and not nightlife... sob! o well i'll just go into denial and download it anyway

It looks great to me, I just don't understand why it needs nightlife if you didn't use any features of it in the house. It looks like the perfect family home. Thank you!

very awesome.. to bad i really need to get nightlife... pretty soon theres going to be no more houses available to download because everyone has it!

I'm not entirely sure whether nightlife is actually required. This house has no features of nightlife, and I don't think it has any of university either.
I just figured that if I'd packaged it when I'd already installed nightlife, it would require it?
Or am I mistaken?

My advice would be even if you don't have nightlife/university, download it and see if it works.

Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game.
