It's from 4 Ever Simfantasy http://simfantasy.free.fr/Sims2/sims2.htm
they have some great outdoor stuff there

Hey there! I just want to say its so awesome to see characters from Elfquest making it into Sims2. Back when I had The Sims original game the only character I could ever find was Leetah.

So BRAVO to you for bringing those wonderful Two Moons characters
to life!

It's texture was modified from a suit of armor by sixstringslim. I wish i had half the talent he has. It was the closest i could find to what she wore in the last 2 or 3 comics
