It's Saeba-san! W00T! City Hunter is my favourite anime!

Though I might suggest using the bodybuilder mesh (he's ripped!), and a custom hair style (his is much shorter). I think I mightdo a version of my own, if I figure out how to.

The Athlete mesh from Beosboy might be a better choice for Ryo-chan, he's not massive, just sculpted. I like the idea though.

This sims is a really good effort for a first try. I can't mesh or do much more than re-color myself so I know how it goes. Congratulations on a job done well.

yeah i think bodybuilder mesh is better :-) and I will want doing Mamouth but it's difficult to create a military clothes
