philh - I haven't experimented with this light in some time. It is not like a normal indoor light and retains the features inherited from the outdoor lights and at the time I simply couldn't find a way to over-ride them even with a custom light file. This light and several other outdoor lights rely on a trick using a large almost transparent cone mesh to 'highlight' whatever the light happens to fall on. I've never been real happy with this light because the quality varies so much depending on the type of space it is in. Now that I again have some time to myself, I will have another look at it and see what I can do

I live vicariously through my Sims. This is a sad reflection on my life and theirs.

Wow thanks! I've been looking for a way to get around that...It always looked so awkward having a hanging lamp in midair...Very useful creation!
