This is a lovely house! I'll have to come back and download it when I get Open For Business
That website's really interesting - I'm not really a house maker myself but it would be really interesting to try to make one from those plans.
Keep up the good work!

Beatiful as it looks, I'm having a problem with this lot - Whenever I place it, instead of grass the exterior is covered in concrete, similar to that of buildings downtown - however, i'm placing it in Veronaville. Is this a known issue? Thanks in advance.

Update: Ah, I understand. It's because the lot was below water level - the basement part was submerged in water. Now the fun part - trying to find a place in veronaville high enough up!

I didn't even think that would be a problem...I designed this in a custom N'hood, which was flat for the most part...but no lakes. I didn't like water in sim city, and I don't like water in the sims (unless its a pond I created myself). But, just from memory, I think the far side of Veronavilla, over by where the camera cuts out, is raised pretty high....not entirely sure though.

"It's going to look pretty good then, isn't it," said War testily, "the One Horseman and Three Pedestrians of the Apocralypse."
