Looks awesome, but if the garage is the only thing that NL is required for, perhaps you should (try to) make one without it so others can actually use it.

I've seen alot of T-towers in MTS2,
but this by far is the best of all!

Its like that because in the dorms its not only your sims in it there are other sims too
