Well, no one else seems to have this problem, so I assume I'm missing a file or something. Where the grass is on the outside of the house in the screenshots, I don't have any. I, instead, have glowing black and blue ground. It changes from black to blue consistantly. I assume I just don't have that specific grass file, but you said it wasn't custom content, so if anyone can help I'd appreciate it, because this house is great, and I'd like to use it.

Maybe it was? i could have sworn it wasn't. I honestly don't remember which it was, my best suggestion would be to just make the grass whatever color you'd like. you can easily paint over the nonexistant color, i'd assume. if not, i'll try to figure it out and let you know which it is to solve the problem. feel free to PM me.

Great work yabo! You beat me to it though! I was working on the same house and finished it recently also. I'm going to systematically work through them I think. I never came up with any interesting designs myself but since I've started looking at real floorplans I've had more ideas. So far I've done Samsara, Sienna, and an unnamed concept.
I can't believe S2 actually contacted you themselves. What an honour, huh?
P.S: I changed the floorplan on mine and made the grey bit a hallway and added more windows. I made use of the roof as a terrace and deleted the pantry and extended the garage into its space to put in Numenor's Limo. I can't believe I spent so long on mine when I could have downloaded yours. Lol.

Just exactly what I`m needing: large expensive UNFURNISHED homes. Since my Sims are more-or-less immortal, thanks to the Green Goo of Life, and they always take their posessions with them when they upgrade to a larger residence, and I have Open for Business so they can buy their own stuff, I have a number of moderately-wealthy Sims looking for bigger homes to stuff all their things into, and don`t want homes that come stuffed with so much stuff that they cannot stuff their own stuff inside. Unfortunately for them, most of the available housing in their town is either too small or too full of stuff.
