I love this house so I downloaded it and installed it in my game. When I went to place the lot in my neighbourhood, it came up with a price of (I can remember the exact price) 2,XXX,XXX,XXX instead of the $34,00 you quoted.

Any idea why this might be and how I can change it?

I have no idea. Delete it and redownload it. If the problem persists, contact me.

Love it. Fantastic looking house. Really liking that style. Reminds me of some of the old houses you used to see around South London in the 1970's. Great upload. Thanks.

I tried redownloading the house but I am still getting the price of 2,032,612,130 (I wrote it down this time) when placing it in my neighbourhood.

I'd be interested to know if it's just me having the issue or if anyone else is having the same issue. Has anyone else placed this lot in their game yet?

Didn't cost more than $34000 when I placed it. I've got it in my game and using it. Check it:

Hmmm... That's really odd. It's obviously just not working for me. Which is too bad because I really liked this house. =(

Actually, for me it came up -2,xxx,xxx,xxx. So it's not just Maggiebite. I'm going to try and redownload though.
