It's an interesting project, but I wonder why it's residential and not a community lot.
Personally, I like it in any case but it's too hard for me managing lot like this for a normal playing session, I'd enjoy more if community (use cheat, use cheat ...).
However, it's a great lot, each building could be a single lot. Thanks again and ciao.
