Is the toilet flushable or is it like a potty?

Its just a remeshed toddler potty. I wonder if anyone has ever actually repiped their house to have a flushable toddler-sized toilet? I've always thought the toilet seat inserts were a better choice... but maybe if you were planning to have lots of children.
