This house is gorgouse. Truthfuly, I will download this because of its greenhouse, pool, design, and it is a "Maxis" home. I like attached garages, but this will do.

i had downloaded this house and was set to make use of it when i discovered that the garbage can, that is usually near the mailbox, is no where on the lot.

this somewhat makes the house unuseable as is.

its a nice house otherwise, although i dont understand why the double decker type greenhouse since this brings up the lots cost and once the greenhouse roof is in place the trees are covered.
