Thank you! I was really happy with the way this one turned out.
I too worry about custom content conflicts - also, at times I've downloaded so much that it's a pain to sort through it all looking for what I want. I end up with too many variations on the same thing. For those reasons I prefer to build homes without it.
Plus, it makes for more of a challenge on my starter homes.
