Very nice. It looks extremely playable. I also appreciate the fact that you don't upload homes with a lot of content. I'm picky about poly counts and like to control what is in my game. Bonus also for not mucking the lot with custom terrain paint! The building out back is perfect for all those career rewards and/or urns that tend to accumulate. The only things I will need to alter are adding a driveway, getting rid of all the flowers (chokes my computer..yes I know you have to add them to get the house approved), enlarging the greenhouse and adding a fishin' hole. I know I am going to really love this house. That's a very short list. Most homes take me over an hour to modify, but this one is next to perfect. Thanks again. You did a wonderful job!

ETA: I played it extensively last night and it's a very playable lot. I didn't have to do a lot of zooming and scrolling to see what my Sims were up to. Thanks again.

Thanks Canoodle! That is very good to hear! I don't have any custom content in building and buying mode, because it crashes my game!!! I hope you have fun with that and if you want you can check my other houses!
