This is one beautiful neighborhood. It's easy to see that you've put alot of thought and effort into creating it! Than you so much for sharing it with all of us.

I'm so grateful this is a subhood, so I could incorporate the decorated version in my current game. Amazing work! It makes me wish I had SimCity4 and just a glimmer of your talent. Thank you for sharing.

This is the only neighborhood i've been playing in the last year. I love beach lots, but I only found two custom lots that fit into Newhaven's beachs. I don't know it it has to do with the terrain slopes. It would be great if someone playing this neighborhood could point me some beach lots to download. Empty BV lots actually work, but I'm not that good in building from scratch. Any ideas, please?

Dimsim, good news! I've found a tutorial to transform a hood to a sub-hood by SaraMK at MATY! Here is the link! I'ts a bit difficult, you require SimPE, and it is to do something not related to this, but take a look at Step 3!
I'd love to see your hoods at MTS!
Good luck (),

Even better news! There is an easy-to-use TOOL that can perform the trick. Just create a main `hood with any old template [this one is a good one to start from! ], then use Mootilda`s HoodReplace to copy the data from the decorated sub-`hood to the new main `hood.

Ho. Ly. Boolprop. My 'hood is named Stonebridge too! How did yours get its name?
Haha, I'll have to give this 'hood a look!
