what expansions does this need? i have university and nightlife what are listed here but when i try to install it says i need an expansion that is not installed. it looks really nice and id really like the house!

I, too, have Night Life and University as PEs, but was unable to install this lot. The installer claims that a PE is required which I do not have. Perhaps the artist might review their lot and consider updating the required PEs.
