It's really nice.
Unfortunately for you, I am a power builder so I never download houses.
One of the most realistic sim houses built from a real design.
It's really hard to do that but you nailed it!

First you say no CC, then you say there are 5 CC items, then you list 10 CC items. Which is it?
TS2 and TS3: Where adult sims potty train their toddlers.

sorry my bad. there is 5 cc items the upload manager automaticly lists 10 because their are two packages: furnished and unfurnished
