Nice lot, it looks a place where interesting facts may happen.
Wellcome here with your first post, good job.
However I'm really sad for Harry, Larry and Barry (you know, it's not fair and I hope that Mehrlicht will never know about that, she could make you cry bitter tears for them! hehe :D)

I remembered seeing this lot some time ago and had to come back and get it for the agrarian university I am building. Thanks for saving me all that work of building a lot from scratch.

OMFG You are amazing!! This lot is awesome!! Upon the release of Apartments (like 4 days) I'm moving my Sims into an Apartment, but I won't be able to grow my fruits and stuffs!! So this lot has helped my Sim Community a lot!! Thank you =]
