Le sigh.

If my old machine could handle larger lots, I'd download this in a heartbeat. It's such a danged shame. I really hope some other simmers can make value of this superb lot.

Any chance of making some 2x2 lots? I'd love you forever!

I'm sorry you wouldn't be able to play 2 Branch Road. However, I plan on making more small starter homes, so perhaps they would be more suitable?

bartonbear316: I have no idea why the house would show as being so expensive for you. The price for the lot is listed in the description above. "Lot Price: 114,106".

OMFG!!!

I downloaded this house months ago, and just recently had to wipe my comp.
Basically, I had to back up ALL my ssim files, but this house didnt save

You have no ideahow crazy I went looking for it!!
