Oh WOW, these are GORGEOUS! Thank you so much! I can make my sims' homes even more mod and fashionable.

I was also wondering: is it possible to download the chair shown in your pictures from somewhere? If it's not yours, I'd LOVE to know where I could find it.

The chair is a Maxis original. It comes with the first game.
