Very nice concept!Looks great!I will not be downloading it however.I am sorry there are too many other downloads to make your house work and I have to say I am lazy.I admit I have been spoiled.I like to have all or most of my required items included.Sorry!

not really just use Sims 2 Clean Pack Installer and take everything out related to Teen Style Stuff
