For your problem, it sounds like a custom item issue. I suggest removing all custom content and creating a business with base game items - then try that...if its one of the custom items you downloaded then you will know. - Then add your custom items back in a few at time and test test test...when it occurs again you will have an easier time of finding the culprit.
