Woah that truly is a fixerupper!

I don't get why so many Simmers hate Marsha Bruenig. She actually grows up to be quite pretty if you allow her to.

I just checked this out in my game and had to come back here to tell you: I think it looks like a ton of fun! Thanks so much, I had never heard of this fixer-upper challenge before but it's definitely up my alley. My Sims have too much money after a while, so having this set-back of a house they need to pay to fix will entertain me much more than cute ready-to-go starters. I hope this is popular...then maybe you'll make more.

I was just playing around with the Derelict Dreamhouse yesterday thinking how much fun it was, so this is totally serendipitous! I was going to try to make one myself, but you beat me to it. I'm definitely going to give this one a go as well, thanks for sharing!

Thanks so much for this house, I hope you can post more in the near future!
I downloaded this yesterday and was playing around in it last night ;D Had alot of fun trying to get it cleaned up (apart from my sims stopping the clean up and then moaning about how messy it is *twitch*) But I've already started fancying it up, shall post some pictures here when I've finished!
Again, awesome work, and I hope you can make more!
Thanks again!

Wow... I was looking at this in the downloads page and saw it had 13 comments so I wondered what all the fuss was about and then I saw the awesome house! It is such a great idea and so different from any other houses you see on here. Really excellent job. Please do make more of these as I think the community and I would love it!

Great work, Sweet.

Awesome! I just came across the derelict dreamhouse myself and came looking for more fixeruppers - wow, this would so be suited for my larger families or sims that crave 10 babies! Haha wow, this is going to be so much fun, thanks!
Awesome work.
I hope you make more of this nature. Really is far more of a challenge than starting with a sim and a house that already has everything at their disposal
Thanks again!

Ha! This is adorable. I just downloaded it and then put in some custom trashed walls, floors and objects, so that my Sims can then gradually upgrade/refurbish after they're done cleaning. Awesome work!
