This is a wonderful modern home. The small changes to the original blueprints are needful for a playable home. It's still sad that the game isn't a friend of split-level-homes.

Most of the houses submitted are either starters or mansions. Thanks for submitting one for the newly prosperous, moving out of their starter.

I can't believe you made this plan; I just started attempting it myself and was waylaid by the fact that I suck at split-levels . I'm so glad you made this and thank you for sharing.

Indeed - I think the roof-angles alone on this lot would have been enough to make me pull my hair out. And you did all that on top of a split level floor plan? Wow! Thanks for sharing this house!

Well now, I'm very happy you all enjoy my lot! It was some effort to get the roof down cmkb396, but I think it was worth it thanks to all your comments!

aww you beat me to this house! I had my eye on this house for awhile. Its really good. You saved me time, a better job than mine would have been.
