Serena is not working!!

Serena will not appear in my game even though all the makeup etc. is there!
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I really don't know. If more people complain then I might upload the file again... if not the I realy don't know, maybe you saved it in the wrong place but I don't have a clue what has happened.

ponk11,extract the rar after you download
and install the sim2pack file you'll see with Clean Installer.

Also,I'm so glad she got accepted!Well done!

thanks cthru, another person said the file is corrupt i'm not sure whether I should put up a new file or if I should just wait and see if anyone else has this problem.

OK I have updated the file so it should not be crrupt or anything like that.

Starwyn: I am going to make more eyes I am making an eye set currently which I hope to upload after I upload my current sim which I need a bit of help on in the Creator feedback forum.
