A PC is a Pregnancy Controller. Check out the readme file or the other comments for more info on what it does and why this fix is useful.

good heavens, i think anybody who is confused would do well to read the overview and the secondary explanations dickhurt has given, which I found very easy to understand and I had no idea that Pregnancy Controllers were being created or what they were.

Great job I think, it's wonderful to see a mod that helps clean up background mess to keep the program running the best it can! And I agree with Mimi52861 & star_gusser completely!!! Keep up the brilliant work, you obviously know the program well!

once after my cat had kittens i had got my sim pregnant.
when it sim started showing a baby bump, at the exact same time one of my kittens just suddenly died for no reason at all. does that have anything to do with these "pc"s
thingies, or is my game just messed up?

i'm tired of my adorable little kitties dying makes me sad

Thank you so much, dickhurt. I expect this to make a huge difference to the speed of my game, since it's really very slow at the moment (probably all the cc). Thank you.

If you have the InTeenimater and you didn't installed the "ilovekittens" flavor pak, kittens will continue dying like flies. I you don't have the InTeenimater, you probably didn't understand anything of what I wrote and I don't know what's causing the problem, because kittens are not supossed to die, cats in The Sims 2 can only die from old age. That phrase was long.

Thanx! I didn't know there was a such thing as pregnancy PCs or whatever... although, I have noticed it slows down afterward, but after a while I never even notice it got slower! Thanx!

The lot will load faster than it would if you didn't have this hack and gave birth to puppies/kittens, which means that older, slower PCs will load better. I highly reccomend it to anyone with Pets and has a slow computer.

Special note: anyone who has either the "FINAL Bugfix" *or* the "Special" version of my BO - No Sim Loaded (Leefish link), does NOT need this fix by dickhurt. My mod has included the fix from day one, even though I didn't know.

Dear dickhurt, thank you for another useful contribution and making our games better.
I manually delete the junk PCs using the batbox, but this is a great way to have the job do itself, and to just forget about the issue.

I have named a pet in my Legacy Challenge after you
The naming scheme of the Family Breed is "my favourite modders", obviously. Puppy Dickhurt's parents were Cyjon and Carrigon. We are lucky, in this community, to have such talented and selfless members such as you, who share their goodies and make this great game even more enjoyable.
Thank you !
