Holy cow. I recognise the house model. I used to live on the same street and moved out when I couldn't afford the house after my divorce! thanx for the house. Now at least my sims can live in it. the only difference I see is that we had the bonus bedroom built over the garage.

Well, I tried, lol. The big room (the green one) is actually above the garage in the real house, but I couldn't quite get it right in game...like so much of this house.
This is a pretty popular building style in our neighborhood. My next door neighbor, and maybe 3 other houses nearby, are laid out the same way, with some minor changes.
I really wish i could have gotten the basement to work out. We got the basement finished about 5 years back and I love it, it's so cool.

Our version of the model started out with three bedrooms without the bonus room over the garage. One of the bedrooms took up the space over the foyer, so there was no looking down over the foyer, giving us 4 bedrooms upstairs. At the time, the house was built, we also had an extra room put on at the end of the dining room to be used as an office, and we had a window seat put into the bay window in the family room.



I really liked this house and wish I could have kept it, so thank you for building it.
