Wow, this is a very beautiful house so sweet and inviting too. I love the terrace on the beach. Very nice floor plan too. Thank you so much for sharing

I'm just curious... what map did you use to place this? I tried Belladonna Cove and Twikki Island, but both have shorelines much too wide for the back of the house to "fit" into the water neatly.

Well, this isn't a beach lot in the Bon Voyage sense as I didn't have BV when I made it, but it is in a custom neighbourhood, Sand Simoleon Point: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=249819. I had the previous version of this n/hood which is what this lot was placed on.
