This is great. I'm assuming you've spent some time in various summer homes because for every beach house I've ever rented or owned, they ALL look exactly like what you've done here. Clean, crisp, bright, minimalist, open, and cozy. Great GREAT job. I should hire you to decorate our beach house.

Oh my GOSH! These colours are AMAZING! You are a pro at the create a style tool! I love how the dining table takes the orangey colour from the painting and it mixes so well with the beiges and the light green, its so relaxing. The landscaping is very well done!! Thank you SO much for this house, I cannot wait to play it! Keep on building, you have real talent!

I downloaded this quite some time ago, and I *thought* I had commented, but apparently not. I just wanted to say how much I like this house. The color scheme is not one I would normally go for (it's very nice, just not my usual style), but it definitely fits the beachy theme, and the house's size and layout are really conducive to ease of play. I've used this house (and variants of it) many times, and it's one of my favorite mid level lots (and I mean that in terms of the fact that it's neither a starter nor a mansion, not that it's mid-level quality). Thanks so much for sharing!

This is still my favorite house of all time for The Sims 3. Granted, I changed some layouts and design, but the basic formula works wonders.
