VERY attractive. Starters are so much more useful than the mini-mansions. I'll probably trim out some of the non-essential furniture and plantings to get the price under 16K.

This is awesome! Looks so nice, warm and cosy. Perfect for my young sims, just moving away from home for the first time : D Can't wait to try it out.

Thanks for comments! I really want to make a starter house where you can actually fit more stuff/sims into as i find there are not enough and I think this one really worked!
