This house is charming and well-decorated. I love it And so does my new Sim who I created just for the occasion!
However, I feel compelled to point out that the placement of the bathroom sink hinders access to the bathtub; I had to extend the far bathroom wall into the backyard to move the tub farther away to enable access to the tub.
Love the house otherwise though, as does my new Simmie. =D
