Plz could you tell me how did you do those half size walls??? There's a tool for it in Sims 3???

Take a look at this tutorial here.

There's an issue with the ceiling hanging in mid air when doing half walls though, info here.

I just knocked down few tiles of it and replaced it with some fence. ^^;

I'm glad you like my house.
