Would this work for the 1.26 patch? I hope so.

The recurring babysitter works with 1.26, but the Adult Babysitter does not. The Adult Babysitter breaks interactions for sims, Pets can still interact with the sim but the sim cannot be commanded because no interactions are available.
Life is moving too fast, I don't have the energy to keep up.

Tis is almost exactly what I am searching for... But.. I would like to have a single babysitter that lives in the house with me.. like the butler.. but only takes care of the kids.. the butler does squat for taking care of babies.. he lets them cry..

I'm running this with the Dashboard Tool and I will let you know if it conflicts with any other mods or not!

i wish someone would make something similar for the maid. 125$ is TOO Much when she/he comes daily!

You can use Nraas Retuner to adjust the pricing for the maid service. You can also use it to change the pricing for the books at the bookstore, meals at restaurants, classes to learn skills, etc.
