I looooove the back patio! The grouping of planters around that pillar is so pretty, I'd never thought of doing that.

I love it! It feels very airy and, well, almost ethereal in a way. It gives me a feeling of déjà vu; I feel as though I've been here before . Great work!

Wow! This house is stunning! One question though..: How do you make roofs have different pitches? The roof over the veranda has a different pitch than the roof over the house? Is there a cheat that lets you do that?

Beautiful house. I just got TS3 and am getting up to speed on the specifics. Quick question: Your installation instructions refer to Sims2Pack Clean Installer. In my reading thus far, I've not seen reference to being able to use Clean Installer in TS3... Is that correct? Does it actually work with TS3 files?

Thanks for sharing this great house.

chaisipper, you don't need to use clean pack installer or any other program for that matter for Sims 3 houses What you do is download the file from above, extract the file within the .rar, the file inside this is a Sims3Pack file, just double click it and wait for the Sims 3 game launcher to start and it will install it by itself hope that helped you

It's ok, we all laugh-snort occasionally!
