Lol, nice for my gangster sims to hang out it, cheers.

I like work, it fascinates me.
I could sit & watch it all day!

I adore these lots. Long live industrial and grunge! <3

I have to say, this is one of the better non-suburban residential lots out there. I've been searching for an urban, non-penthouse for over a week, and tried several GREAT builds, but this is so much better.

Open floor plan on most floors, easily modded for whatever purpose you want to tweak it for (I went for "artist's abode" myself) and tons of outdoor room for gardening, gathering, etc.

Thank you so much for creating this, it is perfect for Bridgeport when you want to live in the city but don't want to be in a penthouse. The "renovated warehouse" look melds perfectly, and the functionality of the place is very much appreciated.
