Oh! I like this!

*downloads*

Thanks! It seems like there weren't enough 2 Bedroom starters. :-/

I might one day finish my Zanes Hollow project, but I wouldn't hold my breath. Until then, you can see what I'm up to on my Simblr!

This is one of the nicest starters I've seen! Thanks so much for sharing.

It is really so, so, so lovely!!! I would never say that it is a starter home. Congrats for your wonderful creation. And, please, keep creating nice starters. I just hate all those ones that EA puts in the game.

I agree about the EA starters..they are so depressing and...well..lets just say it: ugly. A starter doesnt have to be ugly..or bare, either, and I hope my builds show that. I have another starter in the works for this series..its a one story green one. Should be done this week end. Thank you so much for looking and commenting.

Yay, an attractive starter home!! I completely agree: can never have too many.

Very cute. I love the facade and the simple yet elegant landscaping. There's a tranquility about the whole thing. **sigh**

Thank you for uploading this! I'll be moving in a couple asap!

These starter cottages of yours, they have the perfect proportions. I'm not sure how to phrase that properly,... they're so esthetic to look at... they make you think everything is okay. I have moved some wealthier sims into them too, not just fresh ones

Glad to know about the green one story home. I will surely wait and look for it. But your houses just pop between all the others, it is not really necessary to look to acuratelly. Till now, you are my favorite creator of TS3 homes.

This house is absolutely darling! The color scheme is wonderful and the landscaping is absolutely beautiful. I can't wait to download this and put it in my game. There simply -aren't- enough two bedroom starters in the game that can actually be furnished! Please keep making more!

I love this home! Just letting you know that sims can't go to the top floor.

I am not sure I understand you...I playtested this house extensively and I use it in my own neighborhood. I have a legacy "spare" living in it right now...and I have had no problems with simmies going upstairs at all. Any chance it is some kind of a glitch of your game?
