Just reporting that my game freezes up as well with the TV remote.

Yup, the remote control freezes my game in buymode too

Just wanted to also add that the remote control and salt shaker also freeze my game. I'm okay with taking them out as I have a remote control from another set (not as detailed but oh well) and lots of salt shakers that double as smoke alarms. I do love the clutter even though they "clutter" my Misc Decor! I have to sort through thousands but I can't help it ... I love they way it looks!

Oh I'm so glad I'm not the only one getting freezing issues with some of these items! Also other clutter packs by lemoncandy have been doing the same

You're definitely not the only one. I was wondering why my game was freezing up. It kept stopping at the milk carton. Then I gutted my CC and sorted through it a few times. It's definitely this set.

Please give us teen room clutter!

My game is freezing too in buy mode, with the placement of the objects in this download. I ran them through Dashboard and I'm getting this message. Corrupt (TXTC).
I really do like this clutter in here. I hope you can update and fix this.

From this set I can only use wrench, spoon, milk and knife, other items freeze my game

This crashed my game and it took me the whole day sorting out out my mods to see which one caused the problem. D;
I guess it is always helpful reading the comments before downloading. I've learned my lesson. It is sad although i was exited decorating my kitchen with these items.

Very odd issue. Was checking out the new stuff I downloaded, and every time I tried to select the TV remote to place it, the entire game totally froze. Tried several times, and always on that particular item. So far, the rest seem alright. The "freeze" was as follows:
1. select remote
2. pop-up window description of item starts to load, and is "ghosted out".
3. game totally freezes there, never clears.

Hitting escape didn't work, and I ended up having to shut the process down with the task manager to get it to shut down, each time. No idea why, because the rest seems fine.

Don't know if that is an issue with that item, or that one was corrupted (alone among the entire package), or what, but wanted to post the issue here. My game is fully updated, with all expansions except SN, and with the first four stuff packs. Almost no mods at all. The OMSP, a ladder package, and the water pump that works like a sprinkler are the only actual mods I have in game. So, ideas?

Posting this comment to my future self in case my game gets corrupted and I have to find all my CC again: THE TV REMOTE AND SALT/PEPPER SHAKERS ARE BROKEN. They will crash your game.
