This does not work anymore? i downloaded it, the program says its corrupt (TXTC)
had a friend download it on his, same thing. using the little monkey helper program.

I know your post is really old, but have you tried fixing it with The Sims 3 Dashboard by Delphy? If it says it's corrupted, there's an action that it'll fix it. This also happens with an mod which allows you to buy the school bus and the limo and it happened the same thing (they were corrupted) and I fixed them using that useful program.
