Thanks. I hope you enjoy it. My Sims get along well in it, but I have been known to move the dining table and chairs to the living room when they have a big party.

Really nice, plenty of room. I propably add some more bushes, trees and flowers, i really like gardens ^^ Longest familyline i got is...lets see, was it 4 or 5 generations? Anyway, i was using this great lot called old Achenmead, but it was so dark-looking... Decided not to change it, would have been huge job...This might be their next home, but theres also another option, haven't decided yet. Going to put this in use anyway, its way too good to be empty, with no residents =)

I'm glad you like it. I agree, it could use more bushes and flowers. I tend to just buy them things as they want them and let them swipe things now and then. As they are kleptos and have a few more generations to go, the place would get too cluttered over time if I decked it out completely. One great thing I discovered is that the place will fit on another non-legacy lot, so it doesn't have to just be a legacy home.

You might have to send some of those tombstones in the family plot out back to the cemetery now that they can float through walls. The gates don't keep them in any more and I haven't figured out how to get all those ghosts out of the house now. When I uploaded this, I only had two ghosts who had escaped (a mad scientist and a master thief). Now they all seem to wander around. Check the plaques next to the tombstones and you'll know which skills were mastered so you can keep the good cooks.

The shot from above is really cool. This is a very interesting layout for a house. :3 I like it.

I am glad you like it. I like everything readily assessible from a central location and I like diagonal walls as well. (It's cheaper to put in one diagonal wall instead of two right angle ones and I think it adds a bit more interest to the rooms.) I usually have two front doors to help with traffic flow and a double arch going into the kitchen. In this house, the main room was so big that I ended up with two double arches. It really cuts down on any bottle necks and is great for large parties.

Very much like what i see , going to try it> I don't have Legacy family but one big one thou with live in maid/repair sim. I think up to 14 sim's so far. Hoping this home will help.

Would be nice if you got a screen of the bottom floor too.

There is no top "floor," so I thought it a waste of a picture to have two layouts showing the same thing. The capability to add stairs or move the transporters and put in flooring is there. The second story has the same walls as the first one.

This place currently houses 7 active non-playable ghosts and 8 Sims. The only time I have had bottle neck is when the ghosts struck up a conversation in front of a bedroom door trapping a newly-awakened Sim between the bed and wall for awhile and another time when a ghost admired a painting on the wall while standing just where another newly-awakened Sim got out of bed. I had to tell the Sim "go here" and "go here" to get around the ghost. Otherwise, the main problem is that the ghosts enter the bathrooms and "embarass" the Sims. I use the mood manager a lot for that, and if you are controlling all your Sims, you shouldn't have any problems at all.

Excellent. I'm using this for the dream family that I've been planning for months.
