Finally someone who understands facial beauty marks! I tried making my self sim without downloads, couldn't do it without my beauty mark on my right cheek!

I love the fact they're actual beauty marks instead of a face mask or accessory... Could you please add one like the one in this picture? (near the lips, on the right side, slightly below) Thank you so much if you do it... I can't find it anywhere...
