I love the layout. I'm terrible at building houses, so I can definitely use this. Plus I love the fact that it doesn't use tons of cc. Houses that don't are pretty hard to come by, so I'm always happy to see a big enough one without overdoing the cc.

Very nice, a good looking, realistic house without a confusing, hard to play layout, this will be great for my bigger families, i also love the good sized bedrooms, alot of times when people work from real floorplans the rooms are either too small or too big, perfect, great job, thanks

just fyi: an artisim in the real life is used in the military to simulate an artillery strike

I Love this house : ) But I can not get it to show up in my game : ( Sims 3 WA What am I doing wrong? Others I have downloaded and installed are there??? Any help is appreciated.

I haven't heard of any problems with this home. It was tested by a moderator, I'm not sure why it is not working for you memyrc21.
