NicoleyRachey have you updated your game with the latest patches from the main TS3 site, that may help.

This house is so nice but for some reason when I'm on the lot, the buy/build mode is completely black and I can't see any of the stuff in it

it's like the images wont load.

edit/ I got it to work, but now my game crashes all the time on this lot

Stumbled across this while looking for a house more my legacy family. It's stunning. It doesn't have enough bedrooms for my family, but I am definitely downloading this for later use.

Gorgeous house, I really love it. Unfortunately, when I enter build mode it crashes every time. It happens when I interact in any way with the section of wall between the main house and garage that has been distorted by the "constrainfloorelevation false" cheat. It makes me sad, because it is such a great creation in every other way.
