Maxis remodels are always appreciated!
While I do think it would have been interesting to see how you would have redecorated that atrocious Maxis version in a "Fiesta Celebration" sort of way, I do love how attractive you have made the exterior. I actually remove all Maxis lots from my game because I have found so few that inspire me to want to live or play in them! I'm starting a User Created Lots Hood..just to explore up close and personal what other artists are creating. So thank you for sharing this!
