I might download this. Would be great with lockable doors! You could move a family of 8 and have them live in the different apartments.

DarkSilence: Let me know how it goes with lockable doors if you try that. I plan on doing that myself at some point.

It works pretty good! If you download multiowner doors, then create a family consisting of 3 smaller families. My family had 3 couples, the third couple had 2 children. Then using a mod that allows more than 8 people per family, get one of the childless couples to give birth. I did a test run, and apart from the phone ringing in all apartments at the same time (I just removed them) and when people visit one family they essesntially visit both, it's really good for apartments!

The only annoying thing is if a visitor is a guest of one family you have to keep adding and removing access of the doors when they come and go.

Far out DarkSilence! Thanks for play testing the "Multi Owners Door" in my apartments. Sounds like apartment life all right. I already have them downloaded to disk. And now I even have all the huge game patch files downloaded, yikes, 386MB of them, plus 19MB for the new EADM. Huge backup, uninstall, reinstall coming. Then I will be able use the doors myself. Too bad it doesn't have my favorite door, the er, uh, Dorky door.

thanks for making a good size family appamnet budding for my richy city sim's my poor new town was about to dies out do to over flowing 1 and 2 br plots lol

mm not set up for night life well hope you don't mind if i play with it on my own and let you know how it work's out I love this place I Deleted teh 40+ lot up on a hit in the new town over look the lake and it fit two just right over looking the down down area and fit in with all the rich sims home lol so hoopeing I can make it work it have few condo doors add to it.

This is .........aw..........awf......AWESOME I LOVE IT it Rocks, It takes one of my fav Sims 2 games (Apartment Life) and combines it with well THE SIMS 3 man ur a legend MAY U LIVE LONG MATE!!!!!! but I do have 1 question how did you make it a WAAAPING 9 stories high??? I mean I have ambitions late night WA High End Loft stuff every game available (I also bought Outdoor Living Stuff LATEST GAME) but it seems every time I get to the fifth floor it says "Cannot Make above highest level" so mate did u use a cheat or is there something really wrong with my game, if a cheat is used please say

It's a bit tricky so follow the tutorial carefully, saving as you go, and backing up to an earlier save if it goes wrong. Good luck, mate!
