This is so nice, I want to live there myself! I love the small, simple lots that don't tax my pathetic graphics card. Thank you!

Thank you all for the positive feedback! I was thinking of making a set of these, each one similar but different in their own way, and from this feedback, that seems like what will be the best thing to do!

I don't know about others but I know I would like that and maybe a similar one that would have 6-8 apartments in the same line as well.
Either way though I am looking forward to the next one as well.

That looks nice but I have a question. How did you get LN to work in the first place and make it playable? There is a lot of complaints about LN at Ea sims 2 saying how the game crashes, sims get stuck in elevators. Just wondering how you get LN working? Don't have LN by the way....not yet.

Late Night never gave me any problems. I followed everything, and it works fine. Now, I do have a VERY nice computer for Sims 3. I play everything on high graphics flawlessly. If you have good specs, i would go for it. Elevators never gave me trouble, and I didn't ever have crashing problems.

I run awesomemod, too though. 3booter, I have a lot of cleaners, and I tow derelict vehicles alot. Clear my caches... It's all stuff that you shouldn't have to do to get a game to work, but those little things deffinately make the game work right.

I love the looks of this house. I as well, love the simple lots that look real homey and don't wear on my graphics card and bog my pc down with loading. I downloaded this house and I would definitely love to see more of these little apartments BUT I have one issue at hand that maybe someone could help me with. I have downloaded this cute little residence and it shows in my downloads on the TS3 Launcher and i tell it to install and it comes up with the install window and says it was installed successfully. However when I go into edit town in the game and try to place the residence on a lot, it does not show up in my houses. All the other downloaded houses and standard houses that come with each expansion pack are there but this one refuses to show up. I have closed down the game and reinstalled and launched again and the same thing. I have done this 4 times already. Could somebody help. Also I prefer using package files and I find them a lot more easier in my case, maybe if you were to make more of these cute little places you could also put them in .package files? I would definitely love that.

This is a really cute (and cheap!) starter, thanks! The only issue I have noticed in my game is that the shower door was facing the toilet and one of the walls in the bathroom was bare.
